None of this is surprising to me, there are so many life lessons to be gained from participation in sports. Teamwork, leadership, courage, strength to get back up when you get knocked down. Finding joy in the journey. 

Our vivoTeam rocks. Meeting today with Kristin, Sam, Alex and Ryanne just made my day. These girls will be running it all one day. If I do my job well. And I intend to!
